they are fighting the government's decision to remove their registration as a religious community.. .

Obtaining this ''Shepherding Flock of God'' book is more obtainable than ever. It's well known, obviously.

It's updated thought frequently,,by the time someone downloads it & prints it off,,,it''s already obsolete. My understanding new copies of this ''secret'' book come out in MAY.

IT will be interesting to see the wording of Df'ed or DA'd ones, regarding relatives,,family and alike. I imagine just more paragrapphs or pages on child sexual abuse, or lawsuits about CSA and legal entanglements.

It's just amazing that by the time an updated form of the 'Shepherding the Flock of God' is ready for pdf, that it's already out - of - date. I imagine legal entanglements gallore.

Almost got caught lying about listening in to yesterday's Memorial

by RULES & REGULATIONS in

i have not attended any kingdom hall meetings in 10 years.

the elders gave up on me a while ago.. the last 3 years i get phone calls to listen in to zoom meetings.

listened in several times... nothing has changed!

if a publisher openly told the elders that they thought the gb were wrong about some or a lot of things, but said they will not share these thoughts with anyone else then would this be a case of disassociation disgfellowship?.

my guess is lots of elders meetings and shepherding calls to try to get you to say something they could use against you.. but what would be the sin in which you are not repented?.

the only reason to be dissed is non repentance?.

It's just a "busy" work...to keep up an image. Of pleasing people.

disfellowshipped for having a personal opinion based on WT

in 2008 i was baptized into the truth after leaving a trinitarian faith.

during my eight years as a jehovah’s witness, i strived to keep the standards set by the bible, wt and the faithfull and discrete slave.

but unfortunately, the congregational elders from the kingdom hall i attended were not keeping to jehovah’s standards, hence, wrote my letter of resignation.

Beautiful book, well researched, methodical and amazing recounts of personal experiences.

Kudos to this book. Hope it gets re-released.

On a personal note....I thought it was more hard - hitting than "Crisis of Conscience"" . CoC was more about "organization structure"'.

Of course,,I'm not taking anything away from CoC....it is a masterpiece also!!!

If he stands behind the WT's claim that the WT and Awake! are the equivalent of a ''university education'',,,then he has every point to be taken seriously.

i have from a very reliable source that he attends one of the poughkeepsie ny congregations.

i think there are 5 congregations there might be worth paying a visit if anyone lives near there..
